Had a lovely romantic escape here! The staff was super friendly and made us feel welcome right away. We loved the charming Victorian-style decor in our room, and the spacious balcony offered a nice city view. Plus, its prime location made it easy to explore nearby dining options and attractions. Breakfast was a tasty treat each morning—it really added to our enjoyable stay!

We did encounter some issues. The humidity was a bit overwhelming, and we noticed some condensation on the walls when the AC was turned off. Maintenance could use a little boost to improve the overall comfort. It was also on a busy road, which led to some noise.

They have Wheelchair Accessible rooms with a balcony as well as excellent breakfast and care about everyone. There is an option of wake-up service and daily housekeeping service, available. The location is good and absolutely perfect, as the hotel is based near everything. And it's nestled in a very nice clean building adjacent to good restaurants and a shopping mall that is 5 minutes walk and all Jeddah.
